Licence, sources and reuse

DVSA source data is Crown copyright and reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Attribute the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency and link to the source publication when republishing it.

Location names, addresses and map coordinates are maintained separately from the statistics. They were last checked against the official finders on 2026-08-24. Values that DVSA did not publish stay empty instead of being changed to zero.

A few older DVSA rows contain a percentage that does not exactly match the nearby test and pass counts. The normalised downloads keep the percentage supplied by DVSA instead of silently changing the official record. Keep the source year and group labels if you reuse these rows.

Data changelog

14 August 2026

Extended the OpenStreetMap road information to every current practical test centre. Each record is checked against the centre coordinates and hidden automatically if later map changes have not passed the same checks.

13 August 2026

Added area details from postcodes, the first 10 OpenStreetMap centre records, dated articles and checked third-party resources.

12 August 2026

Imported all 17 current DVSA car-test tables through the 2025-26 full year and the July 2026 waiting-time release. Values that DVSA did not publish remain unavailable.
